Dylans at The Kings Arms is a Gastro Pub in the historic town of St Albans with so much to offer.
From an award-winning front-of-house team, specialism in craft beer, a seasonal menu with emphasis on small, local suppliers, to community events, it truly is a local gem.
Working with entrepreneurial and energetic owner, Sean Hughes and his passionate team since the Spring, through regular monthly shoots and meetings we have built a strong visual identity for them which better reflects the incredible quality and the experience they offer. We're also helping them pre-plan and be more organised with seasonal content for events like Christmas shot well in advance and timely customer comms scheduled In just 6 months their followers have increased by 20%, and engagement has tripled.
Consistent and quality content has led to increased interest from local press and national bloggers such as Absolutely Hertfordshire who have interviewed head chef, Josh Searle for September’s issue and the award-winning Top Jaw.
Last month Dylans received the recognition they deserve from The Good Food Guide and each week their presence on social is becoming stronger as we communicate their strong offering and shape stories around their staff and suppliers.
Going forward we’ll be creating more regular email comms and adding blog posts to the website to promote events they are participating in such as Pub in The Park and their own campaigns like Poptober - an annual celebration of champagne – with the aim of growing their subscriber base and generating advance bookings.
